Geoff Higgins ...
Geoff has spent most of his working life in a range of consulting roles. He has been a senior consultant with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), a Human Resources Manager and Account Manager at a Lend Lease group company, and a Consultant with Performance People.
Since moving to Rockhampton in December 1997, Geoff has delivered consulting services within the Central Queensland region and nationally.
Geoff’s recent clients have included CQ University Australia, Home Support Association, Fitzroy Basin Association and Source Fitzroy, Darumbal Community Youth Service, Centacare: Rockhampton, Rockhampton Regional Council, Pacific National, Capricorn Investment Partners, Fitzroy Basin Elders Committee, Regional Development Australia, Cengage Publishers and Local Government Managers Australia.
Peta-Anne Higgins ...
Peta-Anne is an experienced change management consultant, having worked for eight years as a Consultant and Manager with Andersen Consulting’s Change Management practice (now Accenture). Peta-Anne has managed projects implementing initiatives creating, or resulting from, significant organisational change. She has also been Change Management’s Knowledge Manager for the Asia Pacific region (one of three regions world-wide), facilitating and managing Andersen Consulting’s Knowledge Exchange™.
Peta-Anne’s clients have included AMP, Telstra and the New Zealand Inland Revenue Department. In these organisations she managed the planning, development and implementation stages of major workplace changes. These changes typically involved human resources development initiatives during revolutionary change involving approaches to work and technology. She has been responsible for program implementation, curriculum planning, instructional design, and a range of other business development activities.
