Consultants

Geoff Higgins

Geoff has spent most of his working life in a range of consulting roles. He has been a senior consultant with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), a Human Resources Manager and Account Manager at a Lend Lease group company, and a Consultant with Performance People. He has delivered a range of consulting services to regional Queensland and beyond for more than 24 years.

Geoff particularly enjoys working with people who care about their clients’ welfare and wellbeing; and who are on a learning journey themselves. Geoff’s recent clients have included Every Child CQ Inc, AnglicareCQ, Benevolent Living, Darumbal Community Youth Service Inc, CentacareCQ, Rockhampton Regional Council, Bidgerdii Community Health Centre, Fitzroy Basin Association, Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service, High Street Vet Surgery, The Catholic Diocese of Rockhampton, CQUniversity Australia, CatholicCare Toowoomba and Rotary Club of Rockhampton.

Peta-Anne Higgins

Peta-Anne is an experienced change management consultant and a qualified teacher. She worked as a Consultant and Manager with Andersen Consulting’s Change Management practice (now Accenture). Peta-Anne has managed projects implementing initiatives creating, or resulting from, significant organisational change. She has also been the Regional Knowledge Manager for the Asia Pacific region (one of three regions world-wide), facilitating and managing Andersen Consulting’s Knowledge Exchange™.

Peta-Anne’s clients have included AMP, Telstra, Department of Corrections and the New Zealand Inland Revenue and Child Support Departments. In these organisations she managed the planning, development and implementation stages of major workplace changes. These changes typically involved human resources development initiatives during revolutionary change involving approaches to work and technology. She has been responsible for program implementation, curriculum planning, instructional design, and a range of other business development activities.
